cheap gift baskets? I have three to send, but can not afford. What I can do?
Things such as sausages and cheeses. Or candy. Whatever. Three to send and I can barely pay the shipping! What the hell am I to do? How I can know what to send gifts at Christmas? Should I spend what little credit I have on my credit card?
Do not put in your credit card. Do only what you can afford – someone as a person, he said, is the thought that counts. I like the idea of baking cookies. You can get a small flat rate box $ 5ish in the post office. In a sort of side note: I'm not sure you are buying, but our family is committed to doing things a little different the last couple of years as the money is more stringent than used to be. We only buy for our own children, parents and siblings. We do nieces and nephews (there are 13 only within our own family, not counting in-laws), family or friends. Our family is large and has to be waaay too much. It works well for us. Just sayin '- maybe some of your family is in same situation and relieved not having to buy as well.
