Chocolate Baskets

What are they putting in their children Easter baskets?
Just curious what others put into the baskets, as well as sweets, candy or everyone. I usually make a film, a matchbox of a few, the baby will receive a stuffed rabbit, my oldest son a chocolate bunny. Hate sweets rubber and all that sticky stuff that is terrible for your teeth, so I'm looking for some other ideas for filling.
I think many parents are trying to find alternatives to all that Easter candy. I think most people age 25 and above all remember to get baskets with candy. I'm trying to stop this tradition a little to fill with other things. I pencils and erasers my children, books and coloring books about Easter, maybe a DVD I wanted or a small object such as a CD, gift card ($ 5 or $ 10) to a place they like. I'm trying to get away from a "mini-Christmas" experience, but I'm also trying to get away from candy both. I go to places like Target, or even the 99cents store. They are cute little things like Play-dough eggs, and small figures, plush toys and jewelry. Year last wore a Spider-Man cell phone in the basket of my son … is his favorite toy! games puzzles, letters, "travel" games (buy at Kmart) / accessories / games for things like jump pads are good too. I mainly buy at Wal Mart, Target, Kmart or … usually have one type or another settlement. I try to keep the focus on Easter, so I can get at least a religious thing – like a book or coloring book …. THEN sprinkle in a few pieces of candy. We coins, stickers, and "notes" in the plastic eggs. Notes are good for hugs, reading a story, and usually put in one for a trip to Baskin Robbins …. YAY! Be creative, have fun, and GOOD LUCK!
Happy Easter
